Palmetto sits low. Summer storms do not forgive a flat lot or a weak base. UV cooks an under-compacted mat until it ravels. We grade for water, compact for heat, and will not overlay a failure and hope the next season is drier.

Do you pave residential driveways or only commercial lots?+−
Both. Driveways, new construction, commercial lots, industrial yards, and HOA streets. If it is asphalt or the work under it, it is in range.
How soon can you start?+−
It depends on mix availability, weather, and the size of the job. Most residential drives are scheduled in days to a few weeks. Commercial work is booked against a calendar we will show you up front.
Can you pave in summer?+−
Yes. Heat is when asphalt plants are running. We watch rain and will not lay a mat on a soaked base. Gulf storms delay a day; they do not cancel a season.
What areas do you cover?+−
Palmetto and the rest of Manatee County, plus Sarasota, the keys, Parrish, Ruskin, and Port Manatee. If you are not sure, call. We will tell you straight.
Do I need a full replacement or can you overlay?+−
If the base is sound and drainage works, an overlay or mill-and-overlay is often the right spend. If the lot is pumping, ponding, or broken through, we will say so and price a reconstruction. We do not overlay a failure and hope.
Is sealcoating worth it here?+−
In Palmetto, yes — if the pavement is still sound. UV and heat oxidize asphalt faster than freeze-thaw ever would. Sealcoat buys years. If the lot is pumping or ponding, coating it is wasted money and we will tell you that.
Are you licensed and insured?+−
Yes. Licensed and insured for the work we take. Certificates go to property managers and GCs who need them on file.
